  • The Manager of Residential Operations is responsible for overseeing all residential appraisal requests.
  • Tracking all residential work to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction to the best of our ability.
  • Responsible for all residential-related customer service issues.
  • Liason for our AMC (appraisal management company) clients.
