• Currently, an independent real estate analyst in Southwestern Ontario, since 1993
• 3 years as a Senior Appraiser for two major appraisal firms in London, Ontario
• 3 years as a Senior Property Agent/Appraiser with Ontario Hydro, London, Ontario
• 6 years as a Property Agent/Appraiser with the Ministry of Trans & Highways, BC
• 9 years as an Appraiser and Real Estate Broker in the Province of British Columbia

Active in the appraisal industry since 1978, in both British Columbia and Ontario. Designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada [AACI] and the Real Estate Institute of BC [RI]. In addition, Les is also an associate member of the American Appraisal Institute, the Ontario Expropriation Association, and the Canadian Condominium Institute. He is an MBA graduate from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, UK. Les has extensive experience in a wide range of disciplines including: expropriation, resource properties, land claims, and all of the standard commercial, multi-family & industrial properties, and is a qualified expert witness in the Province of Ontario.
