- Currently, an associate fee appraiser with Otto & Company in London, Ontario, since 2014
- 10 years as a branch manager/commercial lender at a major southern Ontario lending institution
- 5 years as a commercial account manager at a major southern Ontario lending institution
Rob has an extensive financial background as a commercial lender. This experience in real estate risk analysis has given him a clear understanding of the appraisal industry. He is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, progressing towards his professional appraisal designation [CRA], and is working with a designated AIC co-signor as part of his professional development. Rob has a broad range of experience including multi-family investment portfolios, as well as standard commercial & industrial properties. Other key projects include partnership dissolution valuations along with receivership & asset management valuations.
Rob is available to most of Southern Ontario, and includes, but is not limited to, Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent and Sarnia-Lambton.
